What they need
Position: Area Sales Manager
Base Location: Kolkata Park Street
Locations to Handle: Durgapur, Barrackpore & Ultadanga (Satellite Locations)
Team Structure:
- Total Team Size: 22-25 members
- 5 Sales Managers independently handling Corporate DSA business
- 4 Sales Managers managing DST teams, with 4 members each
Business Targets:
- Monthly Target: 10–13 Cr
- Ticket Size: 10 Lakhs – 1.5 Cr
- Home Loan (HL) ROI: 9.5%–10.5%
- Loan Against Property (LAP) ROI: 11%–14%
Candidate Requirement:
- Candidates should have relevant experience in Housing Finance / HFCs.
- Target Companies: Housing Finance Companies only
- Strong experience in Home Loan & LAP sales, team handling, channel/DSA management and business development will be preferred.
