- Handling stores of EBO
- Achieve store-wise monthly sales targets. Manage Manpower
- Monitor key retail KPIs Sales, ABV, UPT, Conversion..
- Drive Store Manager and Sales Associate productivity.
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
- Ensure stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Control shrinkage, damages and stock ageing.
- Maintain VM, store hygiene and operational standards.
- Improve customer experience and resolve escalations.
- Identify low-performing stores and implement corrective action plans.
