Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

l Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, design consultants, builders, developers,

and project stakeholders.

l Generate new business opportunities through established architect and interior designer networks.

l Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate projects requiring flooring and interior

solutions.

l Present company products, samples, and solutions to architects, designers, and clients.

l Build and manage the project sales pipeline from lead generation through order closure.

l Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.

l Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.

l Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth in the designated territory.

l Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging project opportunities.

l Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and regular updates to management.

Mandatory Requirements

l Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience.

l Strong existing professional connections with architects and interior designers are mandatory.

l Experience in Project Sales, Institutional Sales, or Specification Sales is required.

l Graduate in any discipline.

l Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

l Proven ability to generate leads independently and close business

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
