Job Description: Area Sales Manager

Industry: EV Two-Wheeler Assembly

Territory: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across the assigned states.
• Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the sales network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure dealer satisfaction.
• Monitor dealer performance, sales growth, and market demand.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for EV two-wheelers.
• Conduct market visits to meet dealers, customers, and business partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Support dealers in product promotion, marketing activities, and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and service teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with dealers for timely collections.
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Any degree or MBA in Sales and Marketing is preferred.
• Experience: 2–8 years in sales, dealer management, or automobile/EV sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned states.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
