Area Sales Manager

• Drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly volume and revenue targets for motorcycles, scooters, or electric two-wheelers across the assigned territory in Kerala.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate authorized dealers, sub-dealers, and franchise partners. Monitor working capital rotation, stock ageing, and primary-to-secondary billing ratios.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and track the daily performance of field sales officers and dealership sales teams.
• Identify untapped rural or urban micro-markets in Kerala to expand brand footprint, dealer networks, and market share.
• Track competitor pricing, new launches, promotional schemes, and customer preferences specific to the Kerala two-wheeler market.
• Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS), record daily sales calls, manage e-warranty/claims, and report regional metrics to zonal/state heads.
• Plan and oversee local BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing campaigns, test-ride camps, college/corporate activations, and festival season roadshows.

Salary: Attractive salary and packages

Location: Kadappakada, Kollam.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
