Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional from the corrugated box / packaging industry to drive B2B sales, develop new clients, and manage existing key accounts in the Chennai region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in corrugated box, carton box, and packaging solutions.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients across manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, logistics, and other industries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline, and CRM updates.

Required Experience & Skills

• 4 - 8 years of sales experience in the corrugated box, packaging, or paper products industry.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of corrugated boxes will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within Pune and nearby industrial areas.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
• Currently working in the corrugated box, packaging, or paper products manufacturing industry.
• Experience in handling industrial/B2B clients.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
