Area Sales Manager (Supervalue - Kedah)

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve outlet sales targets, manage manpower, and execute sales strategies.
• Ensure outlets adhere to Standard Operating Policies & Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage daily operational matters, including sales promotion activities, merchandising compliance, logistics, stock control, and software & hardware maintenance.
• Lead Outlet Supervisors and Associates to achieve store KPIs through coaching, guidance, and motivation.
• Coordinate with the Human Resources Department on manpower planning, staff recruitment, appraisals, and training.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work long or irregular hours, including shift work and public holidays.
• Proactive, open-minded, and self-motivated.
