Area Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Visit customers and potential clients regularly to generate sales.
• Promote and explain company products to customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.
• Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in building materials, construction products, hardware, sanitary ware, tiles, or related industries will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• A valid two-wheeler and driving license would be an advantage.
