Area Sales Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 2 years of experience in Field Sales
• Experience in construction-related products or FMCG is an advantage
• With an existing network of General Trade/Hardware accounts is an advantage
• Proven ability to manage existing accounts and develop new customers
• Strong sales management and customer relationship skills
• Willing to perform 100% fieldwork
• Must know how to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Must be Davao City-based

Job Summary:

The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, developing new accounts, and increasing product penetration through effective sales strategies and strong customer relationships.
