Area Sales Supervisor

About the role

• Oversee 4-10 stores, ensuring compliance with company operational process
• Manage store employees, inventory, sales areas and overall store operations to meet company standards
• Monitor & drive sales performance, analyze solutions and present in store head meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations
• Monitor & control branch expenses and ensure within the set budget
• Foster positive, safe work environment for smooth operations

Job Specifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Marketing, Business Administration, or other/related business course
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• With SAP & SML Knowledge
• With positive outlook, effective leader, with sense of ownership
