Area Service Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically inclined Field Service Executive to visit client sites, conduct water testing, maintain testing records, and provide basic technical support for water treatment solutions. The candidate will coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure proper service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites regularly for water sample collection and water testing.
• Conduct basic water quality tests for parameters such as pH, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, and other relevant parameters.
• Prepare and submit water testing reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain daily visit records, testing reports, and service logs.
• Assist in monitoring the dosing of water treatment chemicals at client sites.
• Identify water quality issues and report them to the technical team for suitable solutions.
• Provide basic guidance to clients regarding water treatment chemicals and their application.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for follow-ups and service requirements.
• Maintain water testing kits, equipment, and other tools properly.
• Ensure timely submission of testing reports and completion of assigned visits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th pass, Diploma, or Graduate in Chemistry, Science, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of water testing parameters is preferred.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.
• A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
