AREA SERVICE SUPERVISOR HEAD – HEAVY EQUIPMENT

About the role

This role involves overseeing and coordinating all heavy equipment service and maintenance activities in the assigned area, ensuring work is executed according to operational standards, quality, safety, and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all service and maintenance activities for heavy equipment in the assigned area
• Ensure service work is carried out according to operational standards, quality, safety requirements, and target timelines
• Organize and supervise technician/mechanic work in the field
• Analyze equipment damage and malfunctions and ensure resolution
• Ensure periodic maintenance and repairs are conducted according to schedule
• Monitor the use of spare parts, work equipment, and service resources
• Coordinate with Sales, Spare Parts, Service departments, and customers to resolve unit issues
• Evaluate technician/mechanic performance and provide guidance to improve productivity
• Prepare activity and service performance reports regularly for management
• Maintain customer satisfaction levels with service delivery

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment service and maintenance
• Experience as Supervisor/Head Supervisor/Service Coordinator or equivalent position
• Experience working in heavy equipment companies, distributors, dealers, or heavy equipment service companies
• Understanding of periodic maintenance, repairs, inspections, and damage handling for heavy equipment
• Understanding of engine systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and drive systems in heavy equipment
• Ability to lead and supervise technicians/mechanics in service work execution
• Leadership skills, problem-solving ability, technical analysis, and good communication
• Ability to work based on targets and handle dynamic operational conditions
• Willing to undertake official travel as required by the company and be placed across all PT. Maximus Indo Asia branches
