Area Store Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple sites to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, increase profitability, and drive growth in the assigned area.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor store or team managers. Evaluate staff performance and ensure teams are motivated and aligned with company objectives.
• Execute corporate strategies at the local level and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and efficiency.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize performance within the region.
• Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained across all locations.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business management or marketing is often required.
• Proven experience in a management role is essential, with specific experience requirements varying by company.
• Strong leadership qualities are needed to motivate and guide teams and to act as a liaison between individual locations and senior management.
• The ability to analyze data and reports to make informed decisions is critical for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
