Area Supervisor

About the role

The Area Supervisor is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and operational excellence across the North Luzon territory. The role involves supervising and coaching field sales personnel, managing distributor and key account relationships, ensuring effective store execution, and achieving sales and distribution targets.

• Recommend action plans

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related course
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in FMCG/retail distribution), including accounts and field execution
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving area growth
• Strong skills in team supervision (coaching, daily call planning, route management, and performance monitoring)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Strong store/account management skills (coverage, merchandising compliance, promo execution, and issue resolution)
• Analytical and organized - able to track KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend action plans
• Proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Valid driver's license and able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
