Area Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Check product stock levels such as cakes, cookies, Choco Gems Pop, and seasonal items.
• Monitor daily sales and prepare daily sales reports.
• Inspect store opening/closing procedures and front-of-house readiness.
• Supervise branch staff, including attendance, discipline, and grooming.
• Train staff on customer service, sales scripts, and closing sales techniques.
• Ensure brand standards, including displays, price tags, and menu boards, are updated to the latest version.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, warehouse, and logistics teams regarding delivery schedules.
• Report operational issues and propose solutions.
• Monitor branch sales performance and suggest methods to boost sales.
• Oversee product sampling activities in compliance with company guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues on-site.
• Supervise all PC (Product Consultant) teams across branches with focus on service, sales, grooming, and work attitude.
• Develop and update PC training and sales/upselling scripts to align with campaigns.
• Motivate PC staff, provide individual feedback, and summarize issues to the Manager.
• Lead campaign and front-line activities at branches (festive events, promotions, on-ground activities).
• Coordinate with the graphics team and shopping malls regarding sales-related matters and PC operations.
• Utilize sales and waste data from the Assistant Manager to enhance training and sales standards.
• Ensure accurate stock checks across all branches as planned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or retail frontline operations
• Able to travel daily and work flexible hours
• Strong under pressure, responsible, and able to solve problems on the spot
• Proficient in Line, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Hardworking, honest, and service-minded
