Area Supervisor

We are looking for an Area Supervisor to oversee the operations and performance of assigned retail stores, including sales, manpower, inventory, and store compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate store personnel.
• Monitor sales targets, foot traffic, and Comparative Sales Reports.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve store performance.
• Conduct regular store visits and monitor store standards, displays, cleanliness, and promotions.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, fast/slow-moving items, and product pull-outs.
• Coordinate with mall administration regarding store activities, promotions, and requirements.
• Process and monitor business permits and government requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and other store operational issues.
• Coordinate store repairs, supplies, deliveries, and other administrative requirements.
• Assist with store openings, closures, mall activities, and other operational projects.
• Prepare necessary reports and coordinate concerns with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• With experience in retail operations, sales, or store supervision.
• Knowledgeable in foot traffic, Comparative Sales Reports, business permit processing, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
