Area Supervisor

Main Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation, performance, and compliance of assigned outlets in Davao and Iloilo, ensuring excellence in service, sales, inventory management, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the daily operations of assigned outlets in Davao and Iloilo.
• Manage and supervise service crews and outlet personnel, ensuring proper training, motivation, and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply teams to ensure consistent product availability in both locations.
• Track sales performance and manage inventory to achieve targets and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, operational checks, and audits in Davao and Iloilo to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Provide field support and guidance to outlet managers and service crews, addressing operational concerns and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards across assigned outlets.
• Coordinate with management and support teams regarding operational requirements, staffing, inventory, and other concerns affecting outlet performance.
• Travel between Davao and Iloilo as needed to provide hands-on supervision and ensure consistent implementation of company standards.
• Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in managing operations and personnel.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably in Management, Commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the food industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing and able to travel between Davao and Iloilo as required by the business.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to company standards.
• Knowledgeable in outlet operations, process management, inventory control, and team development.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,542.06 per month
