Area Supervisor (Fresh Graduate / Entry-Level)Job Summary:

Mixue is hiring Entry-Level Store Area Supervisors who are eager to start their career in retail and food & beverage operations.

This role is designed for fresh graduates with no prior work experience, especially those with a degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or related fields.

Selected candidates will undergo structured training and mentorship to learn store operations, marketing execution, and franchise management. The role focuses on developing future leaders who can independently manage store performance and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to franchise stores to support daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in implementing company marketing and operational plans under supervision.
• Learn how to develop basic store improvement suggestions based on field observations.
• Participate in training to understand product knowledge, store processes, and operational procedures.
• Help identify basic operational issues and escalate concerns to senior supervisors.
• Assist in evaluating potential store locations (foot traffic, customer profile, basic site observation).
• Support execution of promotional and marketing activities in assigned areas.
• Adapt to fieldwork and store visits as part of daily tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

• Good communication skills (English and Filipino)

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Experience: No experience required

Work Setup: Must be willing to do fieldwork and store visits

Travel Requirement: Around 50% field work (within Metro Manila and nearby areas)

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
