Role Overview

Oversee a cluster of Limestays properties and act as the link between the Operations Manager, housekeeping staff and guest-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all assigned properties

• Inspect properties regularly, including pre-arrival and post-checkout checks

• Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready

• Supervise housekeeping, caretakers and support staff

• Plan daily duties and rosters based on check-ins and check-outs

• Train staff on SOPs and quality standards

• Resolve operational and guest issues promptly

• Coordinate with Guest Relations, Reservations and other departments

• Track inventory and supplies (linen, toiletries, etc.)

• Coordinate repairs with technicians and vendors until closure

• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports

Requirements

• 2-5 years in hospitality, vacation rentals or property management

• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Quick problem-solving and decision-making

• Ability to manage multiple properties at once

• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting

• Fluent in English and Hindi (Konkani/Marathi is a plus)

• Own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays and peak season
