Area Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Area Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of assigned Gasoline stations to ensure compliance with company policies, achievement of sales targets, proper inventory management, and efficient station operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor the daily operations and performance of assigned Smartfuels stations.

2. Ensure that Station Supervisors and station personnel properly implement company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

3. Monitor daily sales, fuel inventory, cash reports, and product variances.

4. Conduct regular station visits and inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards.

5. Assist Station Supervisors in resolving operational problems and improving station performance.

6. Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.

7. Ensure proper handling and receiving of petroleum products, including quality and quantity verification.

8. Investigate and report operational irregularities, cash shortages, inventory discrepancies, and other incidents.

9. Monitor the achievement of sales targets and recommend measures to improve station performance.

10. Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the immediate head.

11. Ensure proper implementation of safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

12. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. College graduate in Business Administration, Management, or any related course; preferably.

2. At least 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the petroleum or fuel industry.

3. Experience in supervising or managing station personnel is an advantage.

4. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Knowledgeable in sales monitoring, inventory control, and basic reporting.

6. Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

7. Willing to travel and conduct regular station visits within the assigned area.

8. Must possess a valid driver's license.

9. Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

10. Must know how to drive four wheels vehicle and with valid Driver’s License.
