Area Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Area Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall operations, sales performance, manpower management, and customer service standards of assigned store branches. The role works closely with the Area Manager to ensure operational efficiency, team development, and achievement of company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of assigned branches
• Monitor sales performance, labor cost, and operational expenses
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Support branch managers and supervisors in operational concerns
• Conduct store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
• Help improve customer satisfaction and service quality
• Monitor manpower scheduling, staffing, and productivity
• Assist in implementing marketing and sales initiatives
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations
• Handle employee concerns and coordinate with HR and Operations
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and overall branch excellence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, HRM, or related field
• With experience in restaurant, retail, or food industry operations
• Supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in store operations and team management
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel between branches
• Can work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
