Area Supervisor - North NCR

Main Responsibility:
Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation, performance, and compliance of all assigned outlets, ensuring excellence in service, sales, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets within the assigned area.
• Manage and supervise service crews, ensuring proper training, motivation, and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply teams to ensure availability of products.
• Track sales and control inventory to meet targets and minimize discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of outlets and service crews to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
• Provide field support and guidance to outlet managers and crews, including travel to different locations as needed.
• Ensure that processes and standards are consistently followed with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably in Management, Commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the food industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to multiple outlet locations.
• High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to company standards.
• Knowledgeable in outlet operations, process management, and team development.
