Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent customer service, and compliance with company standards across assigned stores.
• Monitor sales targets, analyze business results, prepare sales reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Supervise store personnel, support recruitment, provide coaching and training, and evaluate team performance.
• Monitor stock availability, coordinate replenishment, and ensure proper product displays and inventory control.
• Build strong relationships with account partners, monitor account performance, and identify opportunities to increase sales and expand business partnerships.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, sales programs, and company-wide initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback, assess competitor activities, and recommend improvements to strengthen business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant retail experience may also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail store operations, preferably with multi-store or area supervision exposure.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on sales performance and operational efficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
