Area Supervisor/Program Manager

In this important Role. You will be the right hand Woman/Man to the CEO. It requires state documentation, Quarterly reports, ISP & BSP documentation, Clientele & Employee MANAGEMENT and other company related task/duties.

Requirements: Must have Area Supervisor or Program Manager or Program Director experience or background in Waiver and Residential Services.Must be very familiar with FSSA / BDS and Medicaid proceeders and policies. (The Bureau of Disabilities Services is a program of the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration's Division of Disability, Aging, & Rehabilitative Services.)

As an Area Supervisor/Program Manager. You must maintain professionalisms when servicing staff, clients and all other personnel. Such as case managers, social workers, behavioral consultants, parents/guardians of the clients, nurses, psychologists and other professionals apart of the clients team or daily life.

Computer access and reliable cell phone is required. Must be atleast basic Computer technology savvy and your email response/communication must be punctual.

No strict dress code required. Company will provide employee badge.This can also benefit you if you are looking to work from home most of the time.But keep in mind you are required to be present when needed.Such as you may need to come to the office and show up for meetings at clients homes or by Zoom call or over the phone.

• Pay day is every Friday & PTO is offered. There is a 90 day probation period.Health insurance & other Benefits are not available until after 1 year of employment. You will receive a weekend shift rate of $2 more, when you have to conduct any business matters on the weekend. No holidays Required……

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
