Area Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Technical Manager to drive technical service, influencer engagement, business development, and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the secondary team in the assigned area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects and Engineers.
• Onboard influencers under the SSML Influencer Scheme and drive month-on-month business growth.
• Monitor daily team visits, PJP, and market coverage.
• Increase the active Contractor and IHB base on a month-on-month basis.
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure achievement against targets.
• Handle and resolve influencer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present fortnightly and monthly performance reports to management.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Cement / Paint / Building Materials.
• Experience in Business Development or Technical Service.
• Proven experience in territory and team handling.
• Strong network among Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other influencers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
