Job Overview

The Area Training Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring training programs across assigned stores/locations in the NCR area. The role ensures that employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and service standards needed to deliver consistent operational performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with company standards, policies, and business objectives.
• Conduct onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, food safety, and operational training.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across assigned locations.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance and training effectiveness.
• Conduct store visits, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training.
• Partner with Store Managers and Operations teams to address performance and training concerns.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, attendance, and completion tracking.
• Develop training materials, modules, assessments, and learning activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide regular training updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations, preferably in the food service, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Experience handling multiple branches/stores or field-based training is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of customer service, food safety, and basic store operations.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and reporting skills.
• Willing to travel to assigned locations within NCR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with operations and management teams.
