Area Villa Manager

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented professional person to lead operations and team culture across our premium villas in Berawa and Seminyak? If you thrive on delivering authentic luxury hospitality and leading an on-the-ground team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, tailoring stays to individual preferences and handling special requests smoothly.
• Support, schedule, and mentor team members across Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Pool/Gardening.
• Direct daily villa operations, keep property presentation flawless, and handle any operational issues on the spot.
• Manage stock levels, equipment condition, and operational supplies to keep everything running without a hitch.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of proven leadership in villa or hotel management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, effective approach under pressure.
• A sharp eye for luxury service details and property upkeep.
• Flexibility to adapt work hours based on guest occupancy and needs.

What We Offer

• Salary Range: IDR 7,000,000 - 8,000,000 / month
