Arena Support Engineer

Position: Arena (Unix , Shell Scripting , Python , Cloud Basics , Hadoop Support)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities

• Monitor Hadoop cluster and batch job executions.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Analyze application, server, and Hadoop logs for troubleshooting.
• Develop Shell and Python scripts to automate operational tasks.
• Support Hadoop components such as HDFS, Hive, and YARN.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Work with development teams to resolve application issues.
• Support cloud-hosted data platforms and services.
• Ensure SLA compliance and system availability.
• Maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
