Armed Account Manager -CSM

Job Title: Armed CSM / Account Manager
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Hours may vary based on field needs. Weekends and holidays as needed.)
Pay: Salary – Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Armed CSM / Account Manager to oversee client accounts while maintaining a strong security presence in the field. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and serve as their trusted point of contact
• Build relationships based on trust and respect, fostering long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Analyze data to identify trends and support informed decision-making
• Effectively resolve complaints and implement process improvements
• Act as a client advocate to continuously enhance the client experience
• Coordinate internal teams to provide optimal client support
• Maintain a professional armed security presence as required
• Work with the unhoused population with empathy, professionalism, and understanding

Requirements:

• Armed Security License (Required)
• Valid Guard Card (Required)
• H6 DMV Printout (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Strong management and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience working with the unhoused population preferred
• Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed
