Join our dynamic security team as an Armed or Unarmed Security Professional. Your vigilance and professionalism will safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. Your proactive approach, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure that all security protocols are followed diligently while providing a welcoming presence to visitors and staff alike.

Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of premises using surveillance techniques to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security threats, following established emergency response procedures
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related events or concerns accurately and thoroughly
• Enforce compliance with security regulations and company policies while de-escalating conflicts through conflict management techniques
• Perform surveillance activities using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to ensure ongoing safety across the site
• Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring collaboration

Qualifications

• Valid CLEET license required for armed security roles; unarmed candidates must possess relevant security certifications or experience along with unarmed CLEET license
• Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of surveillance systems, access control operations, incident report writing, and emergency response procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, Taser, handcuffing, baton and firearm handling are highly desirable
• Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and conflict management skills to handle tense situations calmly
• Physically capable of standing, walking long shifts, and performing physical security duties as required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
