Iron Horse Security is currently hiring unarmed and Armed Security Officers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are looking for dependable, professional, and safety-minded individuals who are committed to protecting people, property, and assets while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional security presence at the assigned location.
• Protect people, property, and company assets.
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security violations.
• Conduct patrols and security checks as required.
• Control access to the assigned property when necessary.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances.
• Write clear and accurate incident reports and daily activity reports.
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and the public.
• Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism while on duty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on physical security and surveillance.
• Knowledge of incident report writing, conflict management, and performing background checks.
• Familiarity with access control systems and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining alertness during long shifts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively.
• Commitment to compliance with all security regulations and protocols.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
