TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join our team in Laredo, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

As a TriCorps officer, you will provide a strong and visible security presence while ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and property. This position requires attentiveness, composure, and the ability to respond effectively to both routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while upholding TriCorps’ professional standards.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures with consistency and fairness.
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with management or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct patrols and inspections to deter potential safety or security concerns.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports documenting daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Support management and client directives to maintain consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Positions available in Laredo, Texas and surrounding areas.
• Full-time and part-time shifts available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
