Duties

• Maintain a high-profile security presence through regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety.
• Control access to premises using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and performing background checks as needed.
• Monitor surveillance cameras continuously to identify suspicious activity or security breaches, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergencies by executing established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security threats, including AED operation and first aid/CPR.
• Conduct thorough incident report writing to document all occurrences accurately and comprehensively for future reference.
• Perform physical security tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling during patrols or when managing security equipment.
• Engage in conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents, including performing background checks and supporting criminal investigations.
• Execute emergency response procedures efficiently, including fire drills, evacuations, and administering first aid when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and protocols to uphold the integrity of the security operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in armed security or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of physical security measures.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control technologies, and incident report writing is essential.
• Background in military service or related fields is highly advantageous due to the tactical nature of the role.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, Taser use, firearm handling, and emergency response procedures is required or preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security assessments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting tasks and perform patrol duties over extended periods.
