Duties

• Patrol designated areas regularly to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats
• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity and detect suspicious behavior
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, visitors, and vehicles to prevent theft, loss, or security breaches
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and issuing passes for authorized individuals
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities, ensuring accurate documentation of any security events
• Provide first aid or CPR in emergency situations while following established protocols to assist injured individuals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on security operations
• Valid armed security license or certification as required by local regulations
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• First aid and CPR certification to respond effectively during medical emergencies
• Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols
• Excellent observational skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and assertively in high-pressure situations

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
