Specializes in securing high conflict areas, Executive protection, investigations, counter surveillance, rifle patrols, etc. We have a full training division that covers aremd/unarmed certifications, medical training, ASP, Rifle, surveillance, PI training and more.

We are looking for two qualified and experienced armed security officers in Everett Washington. The detail pays $33 - $37 per hour starting. This is a part time position with short shifts 6 days a week. We have strict policies and strong administrative supports in place. We have a no drug policy. Staff are subject to random drug testing. You will be required to train monthly under each license that you carry while on duty. Medical training, weapons training, physical fitness, and more depending on your assigned post.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with appropriate action
• Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure safety standards are maintained
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services during incidents or investigations
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary until professional medical assistance arrives
• Manage conflicts or disturbances professionally, de-escalating situations when possible
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred
• Valid security license and firearm permit required for armed security roles
• Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and Conflict Management are highly desirable
• Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV operation and monitoring systems
• Excellent conflict resolution and crisis management abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations effectively
• Physical fitness to patrol large areas and respond swiftly when needed
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean background check

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
