Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises using surveillance tools such as protecting atm technicians.
• Control access points by performing background checks, verifying identities, and managing entry through access control systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, executing emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols, first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire extinguisher use.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary to secure or move equipment or materials safely.
• De-escalate conflicts using conflict management techniques to maintain a peaceful environment while ensuring safety for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies and assist in performing background checks on new personnel or vendors as required.

Skills

• Proven experience with surveillance systems including CCTV monitoring and alarm management.
• Background in military service or law enforcement enhances your ability to handle high-stakes situations effectively.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety demonstrates your readiness to respond to medical emergencies.
• Knowledge of security procedures such as manual handling, heavy lifting, conflict de-escalation, and incident report writing ensures thorough preparedness.
• Familiarity with access control systems and physical security measures helps maintain restricted areas securely.
• Strong customer service skills enable professional interactions with visitors and staff while enforcing security policies.
• Ability to perform background checks accurately while adhering to compliance regulations ensures safe onboarding processes.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
