Armed Security Officer

Affiance Security & Investigation Services, LLC is currently seeking professional, dependable, and motivated Armed Security Officers for the evening shift at a location in Houston.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, maintain a professional appearance, and demonstrate the ability to provide a safe and secure environment for our clients, residents, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned property.
• Monitor and report suspicious or criminal activity.
• Complete accurate and detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies and assist law enforcement, fire, or EMS when necessary.
• Enforce property rules and company policies.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter criminal activity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Texas Level III (Commissioned) Security License
• Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous apartment, residential, or patrol security experience
• Military or law enforcement experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
