Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patrols of the premises using CCTV surveillance systems and physical security measures to deter unauthorized access and monitor activity.
• Manage access control systems to verify identities, perform background checks, and authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations by executing emergency response procedures, including fire safety protocols.
• Handle conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety for all parties involved.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy for future review.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for security equipment or supplies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance while ensuring compliance with security regulations.

Skills

• Proven experience in surveillance operations utilizing CCTV cameras and access control systems.
• Strong knowledge of physical security practices including patrolling routines, heavy lifting techniques, and manual handling safety standards.
