  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Associate degree (AAS/AS) in Electromechanical Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related discipline OR equivalent technical training and career experience.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience with electromechanical, hydraulic, and downhole tool or similar systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, and test documentation.

  • Working knowledge of electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency with standard measuring tools and torque-controlled assembly.

  • Basic computer skills for documentation and test data entry.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical manufacturing or service environment.

Desired Characteristics
