Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking graduates who are:

• Passionate and enthusiastic about the hospitality industry
• Graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree by Summer 2027
• Available to start full-time employment in Summer/Autumn 2027
• Eligible to work in the UK at the start of employment

Application Process

• Submit your CV with a short explanation of why you’d like to join before Friday, 19th February 2027.
• Assessment Centre in February/March 2027 for shortlisted candidates.
• Final interview with a General Manager.
