About the role

This is an Architect position responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and technical drawings for projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts and designs according to project requirements
• Develop and create 2D/3D working drawings
• Revise designs based on supervisor direction or project needs
• Conduct field surveys and site condition inspections
• Coordinate with related teams in project implementation
• Ensure designs meet requirements, function, aesthetics, and technical conditions
• Assist in supervising work compliance with drawings and designs

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Architecture
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Architect
• Proficient in AutoCAD and architectural design software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion/Enscape
• Able to create and read working drawings and construction details
• Understanding of architectural design concepts, building structures, materials, and construction
• Able to create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations
• Able to conduct field measurements and surveys and adapt designs to field conditions
• Understanding of basic RAB and material requirement calculations
• Able to coordinate with engineering, contractors, vendors, and project teams
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, creative, responsible, and able to work according to targets and deadlines
• Willing to conduct site visits and surveys as needed
• Must provide a portfolio of designs and projects previously completed
