About the role

Lago Bali is seeking an experienced Architect Supervisor to join our construction team in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site in Bali, where you will play a crucial supervisory role overseeing architectural and construction projects. As Architect Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and on-site construction execution, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance with architectural specifications.

Key responsibilities

Liaise daily with the Architects and Interior Design (ID) Team to support all interior design coordination on site.

Work closely with the Construction PM on documentation updates, daily communication, and information sharing.

Support the ID Team by ensuring design intent, specifications, materials, and finishes are communicated clearly to the relevant contractors.

Collaborate respectfully with the civil contractor and trades to integrate interior works smoothly into the construction program.

Act as a communication link between the Interior Designer Team, Construction PM, and site teams to avoid misunderstandings or rework.

Work closely with United Strangers (FFE manufacturers) to coordinate design documentation details, updates, deliveries, staging, logistics, and installation requirements.

Assist with clarifying all specifications, finishes, materials, and installation details to contractors and suppliers.

On site four days a week to identify design related questions and relay them promptly to Managers.

Support all FFE/OSE delivery, storage, placement, and installation sequencing on site.

Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with all contractors, encouraging teamwork and smooth integration.

Prepare weekly reports for the General Manager of Construction.

Maintain daily communication with Construction PM to keep documentation and project files current.

Attend site and coordination meetings as required.

Support the organization, cleanliness, and readiness of all interior design related areas.

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within construction or architectural projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies and building codes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of construction materials, their properties and appropriate applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in quality control
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices and regulations in construction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction management software is advantageous
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred
