Position Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Artist with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital design, visual storytelling, and brand communication. You will work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to produce engaging digital assets across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities Digital Design & Execution

• Design high-quality digital creatives including social media posts, web banners, emailers, landing page visuals, and display ads.
• Adapt campaign creatives into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create visually compelling designs that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and digital strategists to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative design solutions.

Quality & Asset Management

• Perform image editing, retouching, color correction, and layout adjustments.
• Maintain organized design files and ensure proper version control.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a digital design or creative role, preferably within an advertising or digital agency.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Adobe XD/Figma is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of digital design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics.
• Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media creatives, and visual design work.
