About the role
Plan, create, and oversee all events and activities at EON. Turn creative ideas into complete events from concept to execution, ensuring every event reflects EON's brand, atmosphere, and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create and develop events for Kids Club, DJ, Live Music, and special events
- Coordinate with internal teams, artists, DJs, musicians, vendors, and partners
- Manage event production, timelines, and on-site execution
- Create new and exciting activities to engage guests and members
About you
- Previous experience in Event Management / Event Production is required
- Experience creating and managing different types of events
- High creativity and strong artistic skills
- Strong skills in Art Direction and Event Planning
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Passionate about music, entertainment, kids' activities, lifestyle, and events
- Proactive, energetic, creative, and highly detail-oriented
