Art Director / Designer

Our client, a large retailer, is looking for two art directors / designers who can develop agency-level campaign concepts and deliver polished promotional creative. You'll work across brand and co-brand campaigns, video, digital, and print - balancing big ideas with hands-on production design.

Responsibilities:

•  Concept and design campaigns in partnership with copywriters and other creatives.

•  Create promotional assets across digital and print.

•  Develop visual stories and storyboards for video, also leveraging AI where needed

•  Move between high-concept projects and production-heavy work as priorities shift.

Requirements: 

•  A minimum of 6 years of experience in design and art direction, agency experience preferred.

•  Agency-level conceptual and design experience, plus strong production skills.

•  The ability to work across both digital and print.

•  Experience with AI creative tools, or a demonstrated willingness to learn them. No single platform is required.

This is a hybrid (3 days a week onsite in Marlborough, MA), 40 hours per week role for the next 6 months!
