Art Installer

Art Installer — Paid Training, $18–25+/hr, Orlando FL

Firehawk installs artwork, mirrors, TVs, and other high-end furnishings for residential and commercial clients across Florida. We’re looking for someone with a mover, construction, or general trades background who wants to build a real skill — not just punch a clock.

No art or design experience needed. We’ll train you. What we need is someone who shows up on time, works carefully in other people’s homes, and wants to get better every week.

Pay:

• Start at $18–20/hr while training (first 90 days)
• $22–25/hr once you’re hitting production targets
• $27–30+/hr as a Lead Installer
• Plus mileage ($0.67/mi), tips on residential jobs, and bonuses for referrals/repeat clients

What you’ll do:

• Install artwork, mirrors, TVs, and FF&E to spec, with precision and care
• Work on-site at client homes and businesses
• Handle valuable items the right way, every time — nothing gets damaged on our watch

You’re a good fit if you:

• Behave professionally at work
• Can lift/carry 50 lbs and are comfortable on a ladder up to 15 ft
• Have hands-on experience — moving, construction, carpentry, or similar
• Take pride in doing things right the first time
• Want to grow — this isn’t a dead-end job

20–30 hrs/week. Job sites are primarily in Central Florida, but we travel throughout the state. Real growth path for those who are ambitious and professional.

How to apply: Apply here, then watch for a text/email from us with a quick 60–90 second video prompt — we ask everyone to do this before scheduling interviews. If you’re serious, it takes two minutes. We move fast on good candidates, so check your messages.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits:

• Paid time off
