Art Instructor / Creative Experience Host

Shot of Art Las Vegas is looking for a fun, creative, and outgoing Art Instructor / Creative Experience Host to join our team!

Shot of Art is a unique creative experience studio where guests come to paint, create, celebrate, and have a great time. Our instructors are a big part of what makes the experience special — you're not just teaching people how to paint, you're helping them relax, have fun, and create something they're proud of.

You don't need to be a professional artist or have an art degree. We're looking for someone with great energy, strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and help create a fun, positive atmosphere
• Lead and guide guests through painting and creative workshops
• Demonstrate techniques and explain projects in an easy-to-follow way
• Encourage guests of all skill levels and help them feel comfortable being creative
• Provide individual guidance and assistance throughout each experience
• Lead private parties, birthdays, date nights, corporate events, and group experiences
• Help prepare the studio and art supplies before workshops and events
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for the next group
• Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Help answer questions and make recommendations about our experiences
• Assist with inventory and organizing art supplies
• Work closely with the Guest Experience team to make sure every event runs smoothly

• Hospitality, teaching, entertainment, or customer-service experience is a plus
• Previous art instruction experience is a plus, but not required

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys people, loves being creative, and can make guests feel excited and comfortable throughout their experience.

Schedule

Part-time / Full-time available

Most shifts will be during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on studio bookings and events.

Availability on weekends is important.

Additional hours may be available for private parties, corporate events, and special bookings.

Compensation

$17–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
