• Assist with basic assembly, fitting, and installation of scenic components
• Prepare parts and surfaces for painting, coating, and other finishing processes
• Follow instructions, drawings, templates, and established production procedures
• Move, organize, and stage materials, parts, tools, and completed components throughout the production process
• Maintain consistent quality while performing repetitive tasks and producing multiple similar parts
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use
• Work closely with artists and other production departments to complete projects safely and on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a production, fabrication, construction, or similar hands-on environment
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods while maintaining consistent quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new tools, materials, and production processes
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, drawings, templates, and established procedures
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to perform the preparation and support work required to achieve a quality finished product
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a production team
• Artistic or scenic fabrication experience is a plus but is not required
• Motivated to learn and develop additional fabrication and finishing skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active shop environment
