ART Supervisor

• Supervise daily ART bus operations and drivers.
• Monitor safety, punctuality, routes and service quality.
• Coordinate with control room and maintenance teams.
• Handle passenger complaints and operational incidents.
• Prepare daily reports and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage driver attendance, discipline and performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport and safety regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in the art/creative industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams on complex projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard art software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
