Areas of Exposure

• Goods & Services Tax (GST): Gain practical exposure to GST registrations, return filings, reconciliations, GST audits, refund applications, e-invoicing, e-way bills, advisory assignments, drafting replies to departmental notices, and litigation support under the CGST Act.
• Direct Tax: Work on Income Tax Return preparation for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies, tax audits, TDS compliance, tax planning, assessments, preparation of submissions before tax authorities, and research under the Income-tax Act, 1961.
• Audit & Assurance: Participate in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, preparation of audit working papers, financial statement analysis, risk assessment, documentation, and reporting in accordance with Standards on Auditing.
• International Taxation & Transfer Pricing: Assist in transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, international taxation research, withholding tax compliance, FEMA matters, and advisory relating to cross-border transactions.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting: Develop practical experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and accounting under applicable Accounting Standards.
• Corporate & Regulatory Compliance: Gain exposure to company incorporation, ROC filings, LLP compliances, annual filings, FEMA and RBI compliances, startup registrations, and other regulatory matters.
• Business Advisory & Consulting: Work with startups, SMEs, and multinational companies on business structuring, process improvement, due diligence, Virtual CFO assignments, compliance reviews, and strategic advisory engagements.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have successfully cleared CA Intermediate and be eligible to commence Articleship as per ICAI regulations.
• Strong analytical ability, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage.
